Metzeler Karoo 4 Street 150/70 R17 69V M/C TL Rear Tyre

The Metzeler Karoo 4 Street 150/70 R17 69V M/C TL is a rear Dual Sport tyre designed for adventure motorcycles and Maxi Enduro riders seeking confident road performance without compromising their ability on gravel and mid-soft terrain. Combining a 150/70 R17 construction, 69 load index, V speed rating and tubeless radial design, it is ideal for those in search of a dependable adventure motorcycle tyre suited to everyday touring, highway journeys and light off-road exploration. Metzeler offers the Karoo 4 Street around a 70/30 on-road and off-road riding balance to suit mixed-surface adventures. The tread combines the on-road performance with the off-road traction capabilities. The large central and lateral blocks provide stability and good contact on the road while cornering, and the V-shaped block pattern provide additional working edges for loose surfaces. The longitudinal grooves evacuate water while self-cleaning, and the transversal grooves allow the tyre to bite into dirt and hard-packed terrain. The high-silica compound provides dependable grip on wet and dry road surfaces, which makes this 150/70 R17 adventure tyre ideal for those who regularly travel city streets, highways, on gravel and the trails. The rear tyre is typically fitted on adventure motorcycles using the 150/70 R17 rear specification and includes models such as the BMW F 750 GS, BMW F 800 GS, BMW R 1200 GS, BMW R 1150 GS, Honda VFR 1200X Crosstourer, Honda Varadero 1000, KTM 1050 Adventure, KTM 1090 Adventure, Moto Guzzi V85 TT, Suzuki V-Strom 650, Suzuki V-Strom 800, Suzuki V-Strom 1050, Triumph Tiger 900, and Yamaha XT1200Z Super Ténéré.
